Louisa Sophie (BSc, EDIT©)
About Me
Hi, my name is Louisa! I am a trained and certified recovery coach originally from Germany, now living in the US (I speak and offer coaching in both English and German). After struggling with an eating disorder and compulsive movement for over half my life, I am now fully recovered. Recovery was a life-altering experience for me, so much that I decided to shift my profession to focus on helping others fully recover as well as sharing my knowledge and lived experience. I'm now working under Let's Recover, in close collaboration with Amalie. You can follow me on Instagram at @recoverywith.louisa.

Experience & Training
I am a trained and certified coach from EDIT (Eating Disorder Integrative Therapy), trained in Acceptance- and Commitment Therapy (ACT) from Association of Psychological Therapies, and have undergone further 1-1 coach training and mentoring from Amalie. I'm committed to continued professional education to keep my knowledge- and skills fresh and updated, and attend regular supervision meetings.
